Dr. Clifford Stermer served as a principal investigator in Eli Lilly’s landmark TOGETHER clinical trials evaluating Taltz® (ixekizumab) and Zepbound® (tirzepatide) in patients with psoriatic disease and obesity. These studies demonstrated that treating excess weight alongside autoimmune disease led to significantly better outcomes than biologic therapy alone, with greater improvements in disease activity, higher rates of skin clearance, and meaningful weight loss. Research continues to show that obesity can contribute to chronic inflammation and reduce response to biologic therapies. For patients with a BMI of 30 kg/m² or greater, or 27 kg/m² with a weight-related medical condition, medically supervised tirzepatide may be an important part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Our physician-led membership program combines personalized medical supervision, compounded tirzepatide, ongoing dose optimization, nutrition guidance, and expert care from a team dedicated to autoimmune medicine - helping you achieve healthier weight, lower inflammation, and better long-term outcomes.
