VIP Direct Access

As Rheumatology patients know, autoimmune treatments are often complex and require close monitoring. For our patients who need additional support, Dr. Stermer is proud to offer VIP Direct Access as a custom service to a small panel of 100 patients.

 

Please note that VIP Direct Access is a paid custom service. It is not a replacement for insurance - your insurance will still be billed as usual. Regular appointments are still available without VIP.

What is included?

Direct Communication

Call or Text Dr. Stermer directly, 7 days a week + after-hours on a dedicated HIPAA-compliant line

Priority Appointments

Be seen sooner. In-office or telemedicine appointments available within 24 hrs for urgent needs. 

Wall Clock

Longer Visits

Most appointments will be scheduled for at least 40 minutes or as needed.

Care Plan Management 

Routine coordination with PCP and associated specialists. Expedited coordination of referrals, tests, and prescriptions.

Two Plan Options:

  • Annual VIP Direct Access

    3,000$
    Every year
    12 -month direct access to Clifford Stermer, M.D.
     

  • Quarterly VIP Direct Access

    900$
    Every 3 months
    3-month direct access to Clifford Stermer, M.D.
     

* VIP Direct Access is a custom service and not a replacement for insurance. Your plan will be billed as usual. Patients are also required to see a Primary Care physician and other specialists as needed.
