Service Description
Note: Priority Appointments are not a replacement for insurance. This is an out-of-pocket custom convenience service. Your insurance will be as usual following the priority appointment, including copay if applicable. You have the option to schedule an appointment during regular office hours instead of using the New Patient Priority Appointment service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Lab Appointments We kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule lab appointments. Cancellations or changes made with less notice may incur a fee. Functional Testing To reschedule functional tests, please provide: • 48+ hours’ notice – no fee • 24–48 hours’ notice – 50% fee • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show – full fee applies Priority Appointments Priority appointments are non-refundable. However, we’re happy to reschedule your visit to another priority time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged in full.
