Dr.Clifford Stermer

Dr. Clifford Stermer is Board-Certified in both Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. His comprehensive and specialized medical training has equipped him to care for some of the most complex rheumatological disorders diagnosed today.

Prior to moving to Florida, Dr. Stermer was the Medical Director for the biggest medical group in New Mexico. There he oversaw a best-in-class department of nine Rheumatologists. In 2021 he was awarded Albuquerque's Top Rheumatologist by ABQ Magazine Top Doc awards, as voted by his medical peers. 
 
Dr. Stermer completed his Internal Medicine residency at the NYU Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He went on to complete his Rheumatology fellowship at Rutgers University Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine, NJ. During his training at NYU and fellowship at Rutgers, he was able to study under esteemed industry leaders and learn from the complex cases referred to these academic centers.
 
He received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2012 from St. George's School of Medicine, Grenada, and his bachelor of science at Concordia University, Canada. He is a member of the American College of Rheumatology.
 
Originally from Montreal, Dr. Stermer and his family moved to Palm Beach Gardens in 2022 to open One Rheumatology, to better serve and be part of the thriving community here in South Florida.
